Agua de Valencia - The Best Places to Try It
Updated: Aug 31

What is Agua Valencia?
The famous Valencia cocktail is a mix of cava, orange juice, gin and vodka - the perfect combination to get you absolutely sloshed. It was first made by Constante Gil in 1959 at Café Madrid in Valencia. A group of Basque travellers were ordering 'Agua de Bilbao' and challenged the barman to create his own Valencia version - hence the Agua de Valencia was born.
